TERMS & CONDITIONS IZA,V
IZA,V Jewelry is ceramic and if dropped or banged against something can brake, the pieces are designed to be as durable and strong as possible and are made from the most durable hight fired ceramic available but like all ceramics, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all other jewelry that can scratch, wear or break your Ceramic IZA,V items.
SHIPPING
Each IZA.V piece is handmade. Something due to the nature of this process, please allow up to 10 business days from your purchase date for your item(s) to ship. Once your order is completed + shipped, an email will be sent out to you with tracking information. If you are experiencing any issues with the shipment of your order please email: xenia@izav.co.uk. IZA.V is responsible for safe packing, if an item arrives broken we will find a solution by either repair or sending a new item, only under the condition you send an email to: xenia@izav.co.uk within 24 hours of the package delivery date. Any breaks reported after this 24 hours window will be the client responsibility.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at: xenia@izav.co.uk stating your order number. Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of ordering. If you notify us for a cancellation later than 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to accept your request, provided we haven’t processed or dispatched your order yet. If we accept your cancellation request, we will notify you by email to the email address you have registered with us.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
By making a purchase from IZA.V you are agreeing to the following terms. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email:xenia@izav.co.uk. Please include the following in your email: order number, name on order, and brief explanation on the issue with your purchase.Exchange wil be accepted and processed within a 7 day window from customer receipt. All products are made by hand and/or per order. Each item is unique and no two items will be exactly the same, small imperfections should be expected due to the nature of the creation process, therefore all sales are final. Accepted returns will be processed promptly with a store credit, not including the cost of shipping. Store credits will only be issued upon receipt of returned item. We ask that all items sent back are returned in their original condition + packaging.
LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES
IZA,V is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has benn issued. However, if your order is lost or stolen please email the following details : order number + name on order to: xenia@izav.co.uk. We will do our best to assit you in finding a solution.
